Like everything else that sucks right now, young people are not terribly interested in tech. Which makes sense! Our tech ecosystem is by and large a literal nightmare to use unless you are habituated to it gradually and by degree. If you weren't there for the utopian vision-setting and have to jump in here at the deep end, it's only natural to ask "but why".
