2. One at a time, walk up and shake his hand. No more words than “Hi Scott” should be uttered. Ideally, just shake his hand and immediately walk away in silence.
At first, you should allow 5-10 seconds between approaches.

3. Now speed it up. After at least ten distinct people have shaken the hand, it’s ok to repeat the same people. 3/
