@mho@social.heise.de I really like this post I'm replying to for it's politeness in asking people to refrain from telling Martin how wrong it is to use #google. I am one of those people usually! And usually I'm asking from genuine position of fear or seeking #betterpractices, etc... and so I thought I'd write a compliment and some else for a change... on a practical note for anyone hating /seeking anything it's also good I see that "someone has said it already" and that way 'feel at ease' or that it's "done before"... So I learned this kind of disclaimer or sign "google has been considered and critiqued before"... can help stop flow and be for developers etc the first signal to leave something like this post so it stops the flow but not the message (or even blocking people / filtering words etc). Would be interesting to count how many contacted you... and actually ❓ COULD THOSE PEOPLE CONTACT ME PLEASE!!?? Because I think I can learn more in many ways (even from heaters hating something)... Any other comments / experiences about that welcome. Thanks

@mho@social.heise.de Appreciate the work - a great resource. Personally I don't have time to copy and set up an #ungoogled alternative. Maybe someone will. Nevertheless it's a fair comment that use of Google is problematic - I've been gradually #degoogling my own digital usage - not quite there yet.

@mho@social.heise.de that’s the spirit :) at work I am also always telling people: hey, take it and be happy. If you don’t like it or want to improve it, be my guest but don’t bitch about stuff you get for free
