@cascheranno@hachyderm.io I generally haven’t had pay increases to be management; most places I’ve worked it was a lateral move. I quite enjoy leading teams, but I get itchy to be hands-on after a bit. And a little exhausted from the “managing up” part. And I never want to be a VP again because it’s all trash fire all the time.
