This shit is hard to navigate, especially for people who aren't naturally political animals or who are competent enough to catch intimidation and insecurity, but too autistic to know it's happening. It should be considered a fire-able offense to even attempt this shit but we gotta keep the bullies comfortable and the weird on leashes instead. 🙄

@Linza@kamu.social it’s more experience than autism. I’m autistic, but I have the experience to navigate HR. Knowing the laws that protect you and what terminology will get HR to pay attention is a work skill.
