@alextecplayz@techhub.social Very interesting, thanks. CGNAT can be particularly frustrating, and I understand why you've arrived at that solution. Great you are selfhosting. I've been meaning to spend more time with Immich. Learning IPv6 can seem intimidating at first but once you grasp a few fundamentals it is not so, & brings so much flex. Being able to DHCP6 and get a nice subnet to play with, you could then avoid CloudFlare, which I'm sure you know bring some privacy & sec challenges of their own!
