Conscription - compulsory military service by the Government - during war on Vietnam era regime in 1960s and early 1970s was for 19+ years old. It was unpopular and new government changed voting age, ended compulsory military conscription and Australian participation in USA war on Vietnam

@peterjriley2024@mastodon.social okay. I see that the new government changed many things that supported human rights. There should be no forced labour to anyone. All humans should enjoy their rights fully
