Made some tweaks to our website's CSS. The main motivation was to add support for having different background colors as well per-headmate (this may get explored more later!) but that required making tweaks to other things. Also, the "floating window" motif is kept now even on narrow screens.

Might look into using some single page app tricks in the future to prevent the unpleasant flashing you get on some devices if you switch away from the default theme your device requests.
