while weaving a new ascii splash page for my website, i've decided to use the "sr-only" class to write some text specifically for screen readers. as i'm increasingly drawing inspiration from spiders, who almost all have extremely poor vision, it feels appropriate to move in this direction. meanwhile, a thought popped into my head: what might computers & the web 'look like' in a world oriented around vibration rather than visual perception? a haptic/sound-first world? (there must be a sci-fi novel out there somewhere about this) #theWorkshop
