taking a short break after a 1/2 day of 'all the things'. a house finch is chattering outside amidst sunshine & dark clouds and an occasional breeze drifts through the open window. i'm listening to 高木正勝's Journal for People CD that i bought over 20 years ago. i was obsessed with both the album and its music videos at that time, and it still puts me in a very particular headspace. today, i installed uxn on my old aleutia t1 from about 15 years ago, thanks to some help from @neauoire! this was actually the first computer that i ever bought specifically for tinkering. somewhere along the way, it lost its ability to connect to the internet, but i've been thinking of that as an upside & a learning opportunity. okay, my tea has steeped and i need to tidy up before Kate gets home heheh #theStudio
