Every night and weekend shift is people begging for Monday through Friday 9-5 level two teams who aren't available and nobody here knows how to do their job for half the pay. The company is too cheap to pay for this what do you want? Stop scheduling shit on weird hours, not my problem. Better yet stop making every product so retardedly over complicated. Everything is so fucking half assed here it's unreal.
