@trochee@dair-community.social @delProfundo@aus.social @aj@gts.sadauskas.id.au I have to admit that when I first heard of “agentic” AI, my immediate thought was “how does this meaningfully differ from taking three or four ChatGPT accounts and plugging them into ittt?” So I guess the next hot shit is having a final ChatGPT wrangle the previous ChatGPT-in-ittt ensemble , and life will all be wonderful, full of kittens and unicorns and zillions of dollars from now on.

All the fluffers seem to either have no memory or are completely new to the game. First it was ‘folks listen, in comp sci if your alg is wrong once it’s wrong, period’ now it’s ‘it doesn’t matter how many abstractions there are, all that happens when you wrap a shit sangwege with another layer of bread is you wind up witw more bread covered in shit’. Alll things you know perfectly well if you’ve ever written any software ever but are completely lost of the glaze class…it’s fucking word for word crypto all over again but worse somehow.
