@alexandra@social.lol Yes, my own worse enemy?! I think that yesterday’s experience reminded me of other, healthier times when I don’t jot a thought down and regret it later.

@ctt@social.lol Aren't we all our own worst enemy? We put way too much pressure on ourselves we really don't need to give ourselves more hassle rather be less judgemental.
