@danirabbit@mastodon.online Maybe I’m old as fuck inspired by old as fuck people like Alan Kay, but websites being documents was a mistake. 🙃 The most general kind of document is a program. The web should have been a platform to allow anyone to create and publish applications (which includes documents), and browsers should have been virtual machines which run these untrusted applications in a sandboxed environment.
