Looking at the upper right of the exploded diagram, the battery looks like a coin cell wrapped up with a tiny plug that plugs into the bottom of the motherboard. The CF-37 might be similar and it might even be under one of the service hatches on the underside - I'd start there and see what you can find without disassembling.
