I think it's more like, women are so busy working, carrying emotional burdens, doing domestic labor, etc, that there's a sort of emotional exhaustion that goes with that. I never had the cry on someone's shoulder friendship. I was always exhausted from working and just. Trying to keep things together. Nobody had time for girl's nights. I wish I had a way to express that they are having a pretty normal experience. I worry I will sound awful.
