@Texan_Reverend@kind.social templates: I was myself thinking of stamps, as I have used markers to ink them before, with decent results. And I really like the idea of charms to hang from the straps/elastic bands.

@azteclady@kind.social Here's a test run mock-up I'm working on for a display at our mask decorating booth. There are several kinds of charms pictured, but they all use little phone charm straps with a lobster clasp to clip onto the mask straps.
