i was submitting some paperwork with my local union and hit some info i was uncomfortable handing over through a random online form service. i emailed them, and they got back to me and said "yeah, no problem! just put some fake stuff and we'll flag it and contact you." hit another thing and asked them how i could get it to them and they said "dont worry about it, that's just a gut check for questionable applications". really refreshing to talk to some humans running an organization instead of people just blindly following policies and enforcing rules needlessly. it feels nice to be heard!! im so used to organizations being people dedicated to the company instead of a group of people dedicated to one another.
