Monthly. Either the 15th or the 25th every month depending on the company you work for. Over time depends on the job. In my case Office hours are 8-17, one hour lunch. If I’m asked to work 06:00-08:00 or 17:00-20:00 on a weekday it’s 1.5x pay and 1x time off. Weekends and night is 2x pay and 1x time off. There are occasional scams and non payments. It’s dealt with fairly severely.
