@joriki@infosec.exchange Great direction!! In Finland this has been solved by offering the last date food by 30% discount, known as "punalaputettu" = with red sticker. In 1 major chain, they accelerate it by doubling the discount after 9pm to 60%. The products FLY off the shelves! And it works, bio waste has been cut to a fraction from 10 y ago.
