@dschaub@mstdn.social @atpfm@mastodon.social I'm in one of those niche industries and am mourning the loss of a Mac that we load up with Video IO cards. I just set up 2 brand new Mac Pros recently for multiple channels of ST2110 capture. The industry is filled with people who would prefer to use Macs but who are being (and have been) pushed to Windows due to lack of support for high end GPUs and now lack of PCI bandwidth.
