@kaliranya@vtuber.house i'm thinking of World of Tanks. they kept adding on more fun stuff, people could make mods, but then they started killing off the whole mod community and adding stuff that's just more but not really fun. now it seems to be all about the highest tiers which are very much in the realm of "pay to win".
