@cholling@bytes.programming.dev Worth a look! Though it's based on Ubuntu in turn, right? So depending on how all this shakes out, Ubuntu's decisions could make their way into elementary.

@kaliranya@vtuber.house I thought it was based on Debian? It doesn't have a lot of the Ubuntu nonsense like snaps. (But then, neither does Mint, and it's Ubuntu-based. Fortunately there's LMDE as a backup.)
