@Defiance@sfba.social Oh wow, that's gorgeous! The vocals in particular sound so much fuller than all the other recordings of Johnson I've heard.

@donutage@mastodon.social Right? I have the version that came out in 1991 and it sounds like I would expect. This is next level. I don't understand how they got such clarity here in 1940.
