Oh well maybe this guy isn’t so good then at most companies, the quality of the product is going to be capped by whichever team has the lowest talent or most misaligned incentives I'd assume the problem at Atlassian is not the skill ceiling of their engineering talent, but the management and C-Suite and product folk
