@LittleTom@poa.st I can enjoy it for what it is, but more than that I find it facinaring. It's a utopian show about liberalism. It shows what liberals think would happen if we all rejected religion, prejudice, and war; and embraced science, democracy, and nato expansionism. It's fascinating to pick a parr in that regard, a real look into the future liberals want and how they think humanity works. I wish there were more popular works like it for other ideologies. And as it pulled away from the executives (a bad thing that made tng much works than tos) and as liberalism evolved into libshitism it too changed along side it; until modern trek hurts millennial style liberals like Red Letter Media. (To be fair the change in ideology is far from the main reason newtrek sucks, in fact it's quite a minor one. But it is a reason and it's the one I like to pay attention to (I've never watched newtrek for the other reasons it sucks).)
