@jonah@mastodon.neat.computer No loyalty when it comes to insurance companies anymore. Same for utility bills and mobile phone bills. They don’t try to keep existing customers and I shouldn’t have to make a phone call to match prices or get a better deal. Bye bye old, hello new.
