you can do a faux stop-motion thing where you film yourself writing out the lyrics or drawing something, but cut out frames (maybe shift their position manually a bit as you go, to better sell the effect, but this is more work)
make some 2D paper dolls on sticks, and use those for a music video
get a cheap camera and tape it to the side of a light rail car, before a long stretch between stops (may require a friend's help, if you're not fast enough to get on the train and secure it properly)
splice together old childhood videos if you feel comfortable doing so (or ask fans for submissions); maybe experiment with weird effects to lay over top
(may be easier around Halloween; depends on public confidence levels) find a weird costume at the thrift store, and have a friend film you wearing it around town. maybe you could style it as one of those "interviewing people in a gimmicky outfit" Instagram videos?
