I know Firefox is on Fedi's shit list (but what am I gonna do, switch to a fucking Chrome fork? or a Firefox fork?) but I am particularly irritated that I can no longer delete their default search engines. Yes, I can "disable" them so they're no longer visible, but it offends me that Google and Bing and Amazon and eBay and whatever the fuck Perplexity is are all just chilling in my browser when I want absolutely zero to do with them. And I switched DDG over to the no AI version, so I don't need the default that's also gargling the slop like everyone the fuck else. I know these corporations don't believe in end users actually owning their computers, but this is my fucking computer, get your filthy fucking slop covered paws off it, assholes. Get your garbage out. >.<
