#Burnout is normalized in the #neoliberal race to the bottom. It's a societal design that capsizies society under the "designer state v manufacturing state" dichotomy. Work that cannot be done by AI will be the only option - and it'll be back breaking #labour that will be added on top of the mind warping labour.
