Especially if you're using it as a content warning here or elsewhere.
A picture with content note "NSFW" can mean anything.
Is it a clothed pin-up photo? An interesting piece of vomit you saw on your commute? A dead animal? A dead human? Two people having sex? Five of them? A close-up photo of a vulva? Of a scrotum and lubed-up butthole? Someone taking a nude selfie on their balcony while covered in their own shit?
You might be okay with seeing some of these, but not others.
Be specific.
