@Isofruit@mastodon.social I did draft up a decent amount of arguments and explanations as to why Debian and Ubuntu users (and those distros' packaging behavior, in this particular case) are not a problem in practice compared to Mint, but unfortunately the thread was locked before I could reply and therefore GitLab discarded my draft 🫥
