With all the grey weather, minus degrees (C) and snow of the last few weeks, I had problems getting started, too @Broadfork@mastodon.green Especially since I over-estimated my compost in frost free storage. I just don't have enough to start everything scheduled for now on my list of 200 different veg varieties for this year. And the compost outside is covered in snow and frozen. Is 200 varieties a list long enough to sound familiar @artistsgarden@mastodonapp.uk ? ;-)

@feinschmeckergarten@norden.social I sowed some broad beans in January and some seed sprouts radish alfalfa and cress and that’s it. The greenhouse space this year will be for tomatoes and cucumbers only. I’ve not got the room to grow the usual early seed starts like aubergine, chillipeppers. I need a dry day to do running repairs on my trommel and to sieve the compost for soil blocks. Every time I have some free time it’s raining. @artistsgarden@mastodonapp.uk
