I had to switch my list of endpoints because many of them were rejecting or failing on my requests.

@ericpp@podcastindex.social @StevenB@podcastindex.social @dave@podcastindex.social We think it's just the list of endpoints. It hasn't been updated in 2 years. So I'm going to update the list and make it configurable. Maybe have dave provide an endpoint of known good endpoints the user can opt-in to using.
