The attack happened near Fox’s Lane at around 3:15pm, with police later cordoning off the Birmingham Main Line Canal while forensic enquiries were carried out. Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward - but no suspect description reported. How are people supposed to come forward with info when they don't know who they're looking for?
