John Thompson's Easiest Piano book series is very good. For the most part, it introduces one new concept at a time and increases difficulty slowly to maintain motivation. I'm nearly halfway through beginner piano but stuck on playing multiple different quarter notes with each hand. The songs that introduce this skill use notes I have less experience with annoyingly. But I have improved at reading bass clef. #piano
