@fabzgy@freiburg.social No, migrating away from us isn’t allowed… just kidding 😄 Of course, it goes both ways wherever we can help and in this case, we can. We’re able to export either one of your backups or the current state of your Storage Share instance. There are several delivery options, file formats, and export methods available. If you’re considering switching providers, which would make us a little sad, just open a support ticket and our team will give you all the details. -Lea

@hetzner@mastodon.hetzner.social we are still evaluating the pros and cons of bringing all services to one contractor (all in one hand) vs. keeping at least two service providers in order to maintain resilience in case of an outage.
