Have to confess to being impressed by our DNO; finally got around to reporting our excessive supply voltage (peaked at 257V today!), expecting ... well, not much. Certainly didn't expect two trucks to turn up within the hour, and a nice chat with the engineer who (a) didn't just blame my solar, and (b) has wandered off to the transformer to kick it. Might not be an instant fix because, of course, it's drifted down to 252V now, but if not it'll get a voltage logger and, later, a fix hopefully!
