Couldn't breathe after walking up a set of stairs today that I regularly walk up - realised that means I'm probably anaemic again. Hopefully not to the point of needing an iron infusion again, I didn't particularly like that, although I did feel so much better after. Pro tip kids - you need iron 🤪
