Well, maybe he could have walked a different path and avoided the altercation, but I dunno.

@Bunsen@poa.st @luvFromBirkenau@poa.st I know we're all on the same page here, more or less, but at some point with the law in self defence, you should not be forced to scuttle away and around from psychos in public. If you are trying to go about your business and are challenged, the onus on you should not be to run away first. Equal force rules and anything about not engaging a "fleeing" attacked should also be thrown out. Apparently, even in South Africa it's the same (what's the common denominator?)

In my state (Arkansas) any baiting or insults kill your self defense claim. I hate that. Almost any conflict starts with mean words.
