@ross@fosstodon.org This is 100% true. I bought ours in 2017. The initial free toner pack printed 566 pages, high capacity replacement 1899 pages, still on the next one.Total 3407 pages printed, 963 on the current toner pack.
I do regularly consider getting a fancy inkjet for photography purposes, but eh.
