Signal, and its improved client app, Molly, works great on Graphene without any issues. Honestly all my apps worked, even my banking app. I had one weird case where an unpopular app did not work, but I had contacted the Devs of that app, and it soon got resolved -- I'm not sure if I helped. So now, all my apps work without any issues.
