I recently saw one of my kids do a Google search on their school Chromebook and I had already forgotten how garbage everything was over at Google — and that is before this week’s announcements…

@onpaperwings@typo.social I’m getting ready to re-up on Kagi. Duckduckgo is going to shit now and I do need a working search engine for the many, many times that I don’t want an AI summary (that may be a non-consensual hallucination).
