@hc@mastodon.africa @harrysintonen@infosec.exchange If I didn’t run my own mail servers I would pay for email someplace, not a free account. That way I could talk with a human if necessary, not have my email used for the advertising tech, etc.

@thedarktangent@defcon.social @harrysintonen@infosec.exchange thanks. Btw, do you also run your own servers to send mail? Last thing I read is that that has become impractical as most receiving servers would suspect spam and not deliver to the recipient's inbox. Is that so in your experience?
