Many religious people criticise Atheism because Atheism lacks an "objective morality" (ie. a simple set of rules). These same people then give other professed believers of their faith a free pass to behave however they want - ie. The Rules don't actually matter to the members of the religion. Eg. Many, many USA Christians behave and feel perfectly entitled to swap the Ten Commandments with the Seven Mortal Sins, and feel absolutely no twinge of doubt, zero guilt or cognitive dissonance about that. The problem with having a set of rules as your "objective morality" is that no set of rules can be exhaustive and cover all possible use-cases. "Real" morality might not be circumscribable - it needs to stay somewhat malleable, and grow and change with life experiences and maturity, to help guide behaviour through life. So, that argument from Religious people about why religion is "good" and atheism is "bad" is not worth the paper it's written on.
