I would really like it if people could make the point that ME/CFS is more than fatigue without belittling the FUCKING FATIGUE. Because while all the other symptoms suck, this is still far and away the worst aspect of the disease for me. And 'Fatigue' is a useful fucking word because it ISN'T just 'being tired'. Saying 'it's not JUST fatigue' is not the woke, clarifying thing some of y'all seem to think it is. Why are you helping them minimise fatigue instead of screaming that FATIGUE IS AWFUL?
