@gedankenstuecke@scholar.social I used to use R Studio a lot, but last time I tried it, first I realised they'd made it a skin over VSCode (or at least it's definitely running under Electron, even the non-Posit IDE still called RStudio), and on macintosh it would crash when I tried to change current working directory into the project directory. I resorted to executing scripts written in Emacs/ESS with RScript.
