Honest question. I don't have experience with medications with strict timing requirements.

Antibiotics for instance often have an 8 hr dosage duration. Or others with dangerous build up levels e.g. paracetamol/Ibuprofen. Stimulants, antidepressants and steroids also need time measured dosage regimens
