@em@babka.social Oh. This is strange.. why would anyone need to change the content? Was it content which wasn't viewable on linux (unlikely) or just linux-friendly phrasing?

@Luckluster@tooot.im no, i mean my friend made a toot about X and this guy came and said "don't talk about X, i don't like X" as if he deserved any right to control what my friend talked about. it was nothing about linux. but the guy always talked about linux on his own feed, and i wanted to tell him, "hey you shouldn't talk about Y (linux in this case), i don't like Y", but obviously i have no place to butt into his world like that.
