@jsnell@zeppelin.flights This is nuts. I assume providing a separate video-only feed, like you do for TPK Members is also not a viable strategy? Because people would end up listening to the not-optimized-for-audio video variant accidentally?

@yatil@yatil.social "classic" video podcasting has always been supported, but it requires every single subscriber to download a very large video file, which isn't super practical. this is something different.
